Congratulations on your victory. Tell us some things about you, who are you?
Thank you for congratulations! Who am I? Just a girl, really! Seriously, I haven’t still quite understood what’s going on around me. For me and everybody else I’m Safura, I’m 17 years old and I want to make my dream come true – to sing on the main European stage at European Song Contest.
Who is the everyday Safura? How is your day go by normally (not in a Eurovision period). What do you like to do in your free time?
Everyday Safura is an average girl from Baku who adores music, fashion and movies, I love to play saxophone, I always watch all fashion shows and I’m a huge Twilight fan. I guess pretty solid picture, don’t you think? To be serious, I’m studying, learning something new every day of my life, trying to make some time for my friends and for my hobbies but the most important thing for me is to be able to sing every day and every minute of my life. Everyday Safura is Safura who sings.

Safura will surely be one of the leading artists of Eurovision 2010! The girl has very sensual lips, and possesses stunningly good looks! And when she starts singing, everyone is impressed by her strong voice. In spite of the fact that Safura is only 17 years old, she has a clear purposefulness and fortitude!
For the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest she has prepared unique song Drip Drop.
Europe is getting fanatized of Azerbaijan!
According to British betting charts and discussions on the European forums it has become clear that there are two favourites in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. Main contenders for the victory are Azerbaijan and Armenia. Songs of both countries are quite rhythmic and that distinguishes them from a series of "slow-burning ballads" provided for "Eurovision-2010" by other countries. So, it is entirely possible that Safura’s energetic song (like it was with previous year’s song of Alexander Rybak) will change the pattern of first place win by slow songs like "Molitva" ("Prayer") performed by Marija Serifovic from Serbia and "Believe me” performed by Dima Bilan from Russia!

Safura, you’re only 17 and you have to represent the whole country at Eurovision 2010. Too much pressure, don’t you think?
It has always been my dream, my goal – to go to the Eurovision Song Contest, to sing on the most important European stage, to do my best to make Azerbaijan proud. And I’m so happy that this dream will finally come true so I have notime to feel pressure, to be worried or to think about something like that. I want to go there, to perform and to win. Nothing else matters right now.
How have you felt after you won Azerbaijan's national final?
Like Alice in Wonderland where miracles happen. But I am also very aware that now the entire Azerbaijan will have its eyes fixed on me, too. Not just Azerbaijan, but the whole Europe really. So I feel like I was given this incredible chance to shine and I am determined to use it well.
